NICHOLAS AND ANGELINA’S GORLESTON ENGAGEMENT SHOOT – NORWICH WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
So a second engagement shoot blog post of the week, this time the gorgeous Nicholas and Angelina in their home town of Gorleston.
These guys got in touch a few months back, enquiring as to whether I’d consider a trip to London to capture their Greek wedding – despite their wedding falling a day immediately after a booking that I’d already taken (my personal rule is not to shoot back-to-back weddings if I can avoid it – it’s quite exhausting!), after hearing about their plans and chatting on the phone, I knew that I just had to say yes. You couldn’t meet 2 nicer people and the format for their Greek wedding sounds absolutely brilliant and an opportunity not to be missed. Having now spent some time with them on their ‘engagement shoot’, I’m so glad that I’ve taken on their big day – I really cannot wait. Hundreds of guests, lashings of Greek tradition, the capital as the backdrop and these guys to capture – I’m not sure that it gets much better for a wedding photographer!
So, here we have a few images from this spring evening in Gorleston. Not an especially great spring evening in terms of light and sunset but we did get some moody skies and it was great to mix up some urban and beach images on the same shoot. A real change from my usual visits to Holkham and Wells but just as much fun and plenty of interesting spots to grab some snaps.
Sadly, I think this will probably be my final engagement/pre-wedding shoot for this pre-wedding season period as things get seriously busy on the wedding front from next Friday when I join Tracey and Jonathan at the amazing Southwood Hall – that also promises to be an absolute belter of a day 🙂
