HALES HALL BARN – NORFOLK AND NORWICH WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Well, where do I start with this Blog entry?  I’ve been desperate to get these images uploaded to my website and, now that Faith and Ed (the bride and groom) are hopefully in possession of their images from Tatum Reid Photography, I am able to share some great memories from an incredible wedding held on 13th July 14 at the amazing Hales Hall Barn.

In late June, Tatum Reid was seeking a second photographer for her booking at Hales Hall Barn and, having cleared it with Faith and Ed, she very kindly signed me up for the job. Having already experienced the incredible surroundings and met the awesome staff at Hales Hall Barn, I knew I’d be in for a great day. Anyway, the day turned out to be way beyond my expectations – from discretely observing guests tucking into their first cold beverage of a scorching day (see photograph!) to grabbing shots of guests playing a raucous game of rounders as the sun set and music from the Barn drifted across the lawns it really was an amazing day.  Tatum was an incredibly relaxed and professional photographer to work with and, yet again, provided me with more experience and lessons on how to get along in my new business.

It hopefully goes without saying that Faith and Ed were also rather special – the friendliest and happiest of people with incredible chemistry between them, it would have been impossible to take a bad photograph or fail to get wrapped up in their enjoyment of their day.  I could go on.  In essence, for me, a set of images that I’ll go back to should I ever doubt my love of photography, of photographing people or indeed the delights of long English summer days.
