I’ve been neglecting the blog a little of late so I thought I’d better kick start things with a few images of Sunday’s engagement shoot with Cat and Tony in the city of Norwich. I’ve got a couple of wonderful 2016 weddings to also add to the blog later this week.
Sunday saw the delayed engagement shoot for Cat and Tony – previously scheduled for a very wet and windy day last weekend, we definitely made the right call delaying to this Sunday – what an absolutely cracking afternoon and evening rounded off with the most beautiful of winter sunsets viewed from Mousehold Heath overlooking Norwich.
Although Cat and Tony are heading off to Cornwall for a very small and intimate wedding next year, they wanted some engagement shoot images to mark their commitment to each-other in the city that they both love to call home. Spending a couple of hours with 2 such lovely people was an absolute pleasure with them both proving to be a very fun, relaxed and game couple who were willing to brave an increasingly chilly heath to make the most of the most beautiful of evenings. Sharing the heath with quite a few other couples with similar ideas, Cat and Tony bravely posed for a few informal photographs that I hope will bring back many happy memories of this special time in their lives in the years to come. Norwich certainly did its part, providing a beautiful and romantic backdrop for the shoot.
Anyway, a few images to follow. As always with engagement and pre-wedding shoots, a real pleasure to capture some lovely people without the pressures of a wedding-day schedule and in some new surroundings for me. I hope you like the photographs.
Finally, a big thank you to Cat and Tony for being such a fun and relaxed couple – you’re clearly made for each-other and I just know will have an amazing wedding day next year.
All the very best for a long and very happy life together 🙂
